Check out this article about a new poster campaign from Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. The poster campaign is aimed to raise awareness about reforming the Child Nutrition Act that’s going through Congress.

Use the following activity during a child development class (or a unit on child development and parenting):

Give students 3-5 minutes to brainstorm a list of activities that you can do with a child to teach them the alphabet. Have students write down their lists, and when time us up, share and compare lists to finalize the class’ ideas.
